Change dosing time for housesitter

Sorry! -- more questions to prep for an upcoming vacation June 4th through June 15th. Nervous Nelly here.
We currently give Sunny's shots at ~8:30 am and ~8:30 pm.
Sunny is not regulated yet and I hate to leave him right now, but my diligent niece will be housesitting for us.
She has an evening job and doesn't get home until 11pm so we have to move Sunny's dosing time to 11am and 11pm, but I understand it's not great to make a drastic dosing time change like this, so I'm now bumping forward the shoot time by 15 minutes a day between now and June 4th. Tonight I shot at 8:45pm. Is this the right way to go about it or am I bumbling this? Thank you!

You can either do it 15 minutes per cycle or 30 minutes per day.
