Mauer! Auntie Liz is back in town. ENOUGH of the yellow, do you hear?? :bighug:

ETA - HA probably I should have checked your s/s before writing this. I shall take credit for the blues anyway :). Nice work, Mauer and mama.

Did you have a good vacation, auntie Liz?! :D
She's barely blue, but still

You are probably very tired. Nice blues.
Not really... I was napping like an idiot yesterday. I never sleep during the day. Yesterday I had two naps :oops:
And I have a picture for you! This is from February right after I got him neutered :D

Isn't Theo sweet. He looks like a big bunny. Does he get much outside time? I don't know if you have a fenced in yard and they can dig. I miss my bunny that I had many years ago. Good to hear you had the naps yesterday.

He is actually not that big, 1.7 kilos.
He is out when I'm out smoking... so he's out a lot :p:oops: in the garden or patio. He doesn't have a cage, he has a litter box with hay and that's about it. So he can exercise all he wants :D
Rabbits are so much fun! It's really something else from cats and dogs :)

Rabbits can be trained to use litter boxes?! I learn something new everyday!
Hell yeah! He doesn't have a cage, or a fenced area. He runs free just like the cats. Sleeps on the couch and occasionally pee in it too.... idiot!
They can come when you call their name, learn tricks, they beg for food ALL the time! And their poops is the best fertilizer in the world :D
But it is important that they get neutered. Females has about 90% risk of cancer by the time they're four years old. And they're very hormonal if they're intact. And you can walk them in a leash like a dog.

However, they sound cheap... but they're not. A common vet is useless, if you're lucky. They have to go to an exotic vet, and that's expensive

And then the most important thing, they're not pets for kids. They are prey animals, they don't like when their feet isn't on the ground, so no lifting unless it's necessary like going to the vet and such.

Looks like this dose is losing it's greens. Prove me wrong Mauer.
I'm also thinking I have something to do with it. I gave her some Temptations the night from Saturday to Sunday. Is it possible that they're still in play? We saw it with the dry food, it took a week to settle.
Anyway I'm hiding them so I won't get tempted to take the easy way....
It's my way or the highway.. quite literally the highway. Prove Wendy wrong Mauer! Do it!

When I was in college, I had a cat (of course I did, right?) and my roommate Marian got a rabbit. I was afraid that they wouldn't get along and that my cat, Rigel, would hurt her rabbit, Bailey. Well... that rabbit was the best thing that happened to Rigel. They played and ran around the house together just like young cats (rabbits?) They were such great friends. The only thing about the rabbit is that you had to be really careful what you left lying within his reach because he would chew it. I learned that the hard way.

ECID, but I'm seeing with my own eyes with Ruby that it's taking her about a day and a half to get the effects of the kibble she was fed in the hospital out of her system. I was worried it would take a long time but she really got back to business after coming home yesterday. I learned a hard lesson about allowing vets to feed "diabetic" kibble when she's in crisis.

C'mon down to the lagoon for a dip, Mauer!

I've had the same experience!
One day my old rabbit came running with Miver chasing him, and I thought "oh dear, this adventure is game over..."
UNTIL Miver came running with the rabbit chasing him!! I was like o_O:confused::nailbiting::eek::woot:

Yeah, rabbits chew on anything. Especially phone chargers. And floor panels. And walls... :D ERID I believe we can say! :D
