Feel like I'm going crazy - Chewy autoship sent gravy Friskies instead of Pate

Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I going nuts and somehow ordered gravy flavors instead of pate? I just got my Chewy autoship, I had changed it to all poultry (I thought) pate flavors. It arrived and it's all poultry shreds in gravy. My order screen shows poultry in gravy...but on the website items with the same SKU have photos of pate boxes. I want to find out if this has happened to other people before I throw myself on Chewy's mercy and ask them to exchange the food.

Edit: Here's a link to an item that says gravy in the description but has Pate in the pictures...not what I ordered but shows that there might be some confusion in the SKUs.

Oh good - I have pretty severe ADHD so not being able to trust what I remember doing is kind of a thing in my life. Thankfully I didn't have to beg for clemency - I got a refund and will be swinging by the shelter with my flotilla of gravy tomorrow.

Sometimes Chewy will also send "substitutions" if they're out of what your usual auto-ship is. Luckily, they are very good about issuing refunds and telling you to just donate the food to an area shelter/rescue.

They'll also send flowers if you tell them one of your pets has gone ahead.

Next time you call, you might want to tell them not to substitute foods if they don't have your usual order. Don't know if it'll work, but it's worth a try. Don't know why they couldn't call you.
