At +4 she is reading 63 on Relion. Should I keep testing every 20-30 minutes or intervene now? I know it's not technically a hyo number on a human meter but it's early in the her cycle so I don't want it to trend lower over the next couple hours.

That's too low on AT2 pet meter. Depending on what you have found works for Pip when she is low, I'd either feed her a couple of teaspoons of HC food, or give her a couple of drops of honey/syrup in some LC food. Test again in 20-30 minutes to make sure she is up above 68.

Sorry, I got ahead of myself . You said human meter in your post, but I went straight to your signature, which says AT2 meter. I see you are using a human meter now. You may want to feed some LC and test again in 30-45 minutes.

I haven't updated my signature. I use a Relion now. I need to change that right now!

I cannot stay online. 68 on the Relion is safe. I suggest feeding her a tsp or two of LC food.

The signature and spreadsheet say AlphaTrak but Kelley's first post says Relion.

The spreadsheet changes to Relion in April. I changed my signature too and took the 911 off since it sounds like 63 is an okay number! I'll keep testing just to make sure.

I believe also, since you got under 90, you'll need to reduce the dose to 0.25u tonight, provided of course that she has a safe preshot number to give insulin.

Flat with just LC food is good. I don't have a good feel for Vetsulin other than what I've read on the forum, so I'd still feed a little LC and get another test maybe ok to wait 1 hour. Looks like she usually nadirs somewhere between +4.5 to +7?

Yeah that is her usual nadir. She used to want to eat in the middle of her cycles so I would feed her and now she doesn't seem to want to do that. I'll give her another test in about 40 minutes.
