Hi All!

Got a 54 for Dale's +6 today. I know at 50 following TR that means reduction, is this 54 call for a reduction or continue on with the 1.50 units ? I know its not under 50 but its close that is why I'm asking, I don't want to mess anything up, Dale's been doing great with this dose!

With TR, you reduce if they go below 50, So you'd hold the dose if he doesn't go any lower. We only go by what we see. I expect it won't be long though!
