Good afternoon everyone! I can't believe it's almost PMPS and I forgot to test Pearl for the last 8 hours. I'm having some struggles with keeping up (with life for me, not them) - some health setbacks, job shake ups, and trying to keep the house running is a lot right now.

Sorry to hear you have so much going on at the moment, Margaret . Pearl doesn't seem to be worse for the wear, when I see nice and flat like her cycles, I'd take that to be a good thing. Sometimes it is just as important to be able to recognize that you don't really need to test as much (unless you're super curious), and give yourself a break .

Thanks for your note, Christie. I think she is the flattest she has ever been these days, and for that I am so grateful! It means if I forget a little bit, the world isn't going to stop! I don't know if, at the numbers she gets, do I think about a little decrease? I don't know at what point of a string of good numbers (at least 14 cycles) I need to start to worry about glucose toxicity? I have not yet figured out if the name of the game is to keep moving or to stick with a dose when it works well.
