I'm definetely not awesome, I gaining steadily back.... but I did learn how to do it....if I can just get to that place mentally again... It been a hard lockdown the last few months! Here is hoping spring and warmth get me back into good habits! and you out there walking, Sasha! Mauer needs you healthy!:)

I didn't :oops: it just helps when someone else is threatening to increase her dose... and I hate increasing :oops: sometimes it's enough if they just think it!!! Works like a charm :p

I hear you Karen... this unsteady weather, all the grey... we need sunshine, green beautiful tree's, long summer nights. I can live without the mosquitoes and flies, but a late night walk in the pink sunset... that's heaven!
