Ahhh the GREEN LIFE! It's so lovely!
Last night was a very nice gentle cycle with green in the middle! Love it!

Yes! I have had to coach myself ongoing about greens. If we want remission or "normalizing" we have to embrace 50-100s. I used to thing 180 was a low number haha

I took a 3x5 card and made a curve to remind myself of the goal!
100- 100
90- 90-
80- 70-
60-
Or something close to that!!!
Well it won't post like a curve...oh well

Once you get used to greens, 180 will be too high for you!

Well I sure wasn't expecting 291! I retested on the other ear and got 307!
Maybe he is turning into a bouncer...maybe he kept going lower last night. Maybe pigs CAN fly! I don't have a clue!
He seems to feel really good this evening so I'm glad for that.
