Way to hang in there, Shelley. I check in on you two multiple times a day, even if I don’t say anything. I think Oliver is a perfect example of just why hometesting is soooo important — sometimes vets and even owners make assumptions when they see a high number and have no idea what happens next. It’s great to see how quickly you embraced TR and adapted to Oliver’s needs.

The folks who give dosing advice can confirm whether today’s 48 warrants a reduction to 1 unit. Given it’s the 4th cycle at 1.25u, I think that’s probably likely. If not, he sure looks like he’s heading there soon.

I’d be inclined to stick with 1,25 tonight. Think he’s heading to a reduction though so if you want to try it you could, especially if you are too tired should he not bounce and need monitoring.
