I just had my 1st furr shot. Should I be worried? Pre-food BG = 378. Ate 0.5 can of Friskies pate. What do l do now?
 
Don’t give more insulin. Just be prepared for higher levels and a possible bounce. It happens to us all...don’t beat yourself up!!

My cat has been diabetic for a year. One time, I gave 3 fur shots in a row. You and your cat will be fine. It is extremely frustrating but it will be okay. This won't be the last time you give a fur shot. Have a nice day and don't worry about it.
