Gosh, I am so sorry. Sounds like that could be what her other cat had. Prayers for a quick recovery. Tell her to fe5 some Hills AD. It’s easy to syringe. :bighug:

That's what I was thinking, but the blood smear for Honey never came back showing anything. Pepper is currently at the vet. If he doesn't start eating by tomorrow, they are going to start syringe feeding, as far as I know. She also has another one that she believes has diabetes or hyperthyroidism. But Fluffybutt is doing ok for now, so she is focusing on Pepper.

Nat brought Pepper home tonight. His temperature was 103.1. Still hasn't eaten much but is acting more like himself at home. She is going to keep an eye on him and try to get him to eat. They have him on Azithromycin and Atovaquone. Onsior for pain. If he is still not eating in the morning, she is going to take him to the emergency vet in the morning. She couldn't leave him at the vet for the weekend, so it was either ER vet or bring him home. She thought maybe he would relax some more at home. Please keep praying.

This was how he waiting for her outside the bathroom.

I'm sorry it's been a few days since I was back on here. Going through some other family stuff. Natalie took Pepper back to the vet on Monday. His temperature was gone! She had to leave him there while she was at work, but he ate for them while he was at the vet. They said to keep doing whatever she is doing! So the prognosis for Pepper is good! Thank you everyone for your hugs and prayers.
