Night went well, very very flat cycle!
From this AMPS I've switched totally to the new meter. Even though I don't trust it, but with time I'm hoping it'll be my new best friend!

I just got home from the doctor's. Had some blood tests done, and at pulse meter with me home to do checks. So hopefully my pulse has gone down. Doc want it below 100, before she'll consider doing nothing :nailbiting: and I don't think we're there....
At least this time, I didn't come home to a cat in the 40's :D:D:D:cool:

Hope you are okay, Sasha. Wish my kitty would get her lower numbers during the day and not at night. I wonder why that is that some kitties go lower at night?

Mauer actually used to earn every reduction in her PM cycle when she was on prozinc. So this is very new to me o_O
But I did feed 19% carb throughout the night.
People seem to have a tendency to go lower at night too, but I don't think anyone knows why..
Maybe it has something to do with when we're shooting? Or their activity level when we're sleeping?

Oh well. We may never know.

You know something, Sasha, I would love to see the blues you are seeing right now. Maybe a little lower like 100 - 140. It is my dire hope to get Susie in numbers from 100 - 140. I honestly do not want to go lower. I do not want the fear of a hypo so I am not going to drive her to trying remission. No way. Not me.

I said the exact same thing....
When you see how good she feels when she's below 100 you'll do whatever it takes.. just give it some time :bighug:

and I would love to keep Hercules flat at some range below pink....:smuggrin: but they have their own minds! :)
It is frustrating isn't it, Karen. Susie had better numbers weeks before. Then she was getting pretty flat and now she is a little bouncy. They do have their own minds. Best wishes to you and your Hercules. Love the name. Is he a giant cat? He is very pretty. A Siamese?

Well, if you can get mine down in dosage I'll take Herc and flatten him out

Are we exchanging cats?:) I'm sorry, but I'll have to decline,I don't think I can't part with him....

He is a balinese. I adopted him with this name. He did seem very big when he first came to the house, but he is 9 to 10 lbs, and I have seen much larger cats in this forum, now.

Just until the goals are reached! Mauer is my soul mate. She's been with me since she was 12 weeks and her ears was SO BIG it looked like she'd roll over any time :D

I need to google what a balinese is  except a handsome Hercules of course!!!!

He is not big at all. My Susie is around 14 lbs. I wish I could get her weight down but seems all she mostly wants to do is sleep. Unless, of course, it is time to feed her. I am grateful for her appetite when I have days when she doesn't want to eat - like recently. I'm not sure I have ever heard of a balinese. He is very pretty.
