Yesterday we had warm weather. Butters wasn't asking to go outside (I think she only demands to go out when it's freezing cold/icy/snowy:rolleyes:), but I harnessed her up anyhow, and she enjoyed walking around the yard for a little while. She even had visitors in the form of small children, which displeased her greatly. Perhaps this is why her numbers were a little higher overnight? Who knows. But she has lived to tell about the encounter, and so did the children:p.

Her numbers are overall pretty steady <anti-jinx>.

Small children or strangers of any age in fact send Ruby hiding in some dark corner without fail. Nice that you had visitors though! What a treat it must be these days.
 
Hahaha, I laughed so hard about Butters and the children. My cats have definitely gotten more anti-children as they have gotten older. I think Pearl would literally stare them down if they came around now. When she was younger, she went limp when they would pick her up and get hauled around the house like a rag doll (yes she is largely Ragdoll!).

I Hope you have a nice night and that Butters behaves herself. She looks pretty AMAZING.

Yes. The rules here have become incredibly confusing, tbh. But I'm pretty sure we're now allowed to gather in a very small group outdoors with people from a different household. It was a beautiful day and the children wanted to see Butters and eat candy (kids, lol). So she endured grabby, sticky, sidewalk-chalk covered five year old hands for a few seconds and then it was game on. They were mesmerized by her, though:joyful:.

Lol! I hope Butters did you proud!! She pinned those ears back and let out quite the growl once she'd had enough (you know, three seconds after they reached for her)
