Just starting out, lantus 2iu (was originally on 1.5 for the first week but numbers were still high).

My 10 year old cat is on all low carb wet food. He weighs 15lb. Is in otherwise good health (good blood results). Testing with a human meter

If you've not done so already, you may want to take a look at the Lantus forum. There are a series of sticky notes at the top of the board that will overwhelm you with information about Lantus, dosing, etc. You are welcome to post there since you've got your spreadsheet set up, are feeding Brian a low carb diet, and seem to have the basics under control.
