got dalton to take his AMPS and administer his morning dose !! numbers are coming lower I wasn't able to leave a can of wet food out last night but around 4 Am I woke up and gave him a small amount to hold him over till AMPS, numbers are coming down but still a little bit high but much better than yesterday evening and the night I might try keeping Pookie in our bedroom for the night tonight we have a litter box in there and another in our bathroom, only thing is our other cats get very needy if the doors shut and we leave them in our living room but we will try tonight and see how it goes ! pookie has been loving our giant cat tree i will post pics later this afternoon

He is a very sneaky boy!! One time yesteday afternoon I gave him some wet and gave out cat Oreo his bowl of dry food! Pookie decided that dry food was what he wanted and ran over and got a few bites in before I noticed !! Going to check his blood levels now will update everyone after it's done

They always want the other one’s food, lol. I have locks on my doors because this is the second cat I have had that opens doors. I have to goats the food of my slower eater or her sister will eat it. You will figure out how to make it work.

Sorry for just posting now !! Pookies been very stable today I did his blood last at + 9 been stable today but going down!!!! He loves to sleep in here at night!!

It's a huge tree!! About 5,5 ft and only paid $130 CAD for it !!! And it's super high quality all our babies absolutely love it !!

It looks huge! Maybe when we get a bigger place Luci is currently sprawled out on the king sized bed in the guest room - I guess she'll have to settle for that for now...LOL!

just did his PMPS +2 and he hasn't changed much today !! really glad we've got him to stay stable at a lower number a lot today! hoping tomorrow is a better day I pre-made a small bowl of wet food im going to give him a feeding late tonight when I wake up at some point as I think that will be the easiest way for me to make sure he both fed a little through the night but I also think it will help from him not getting into any dry food. omg @Sue and Luci me and my partner dalton have one as well!! pookie and my cat oreo are loving sleeping on ours together too!!

also i was wondering !! does anyone have rough estimates for what they pay for insulin?? we have quite a lot still ut still so new to a lot of this, I've called the vet near me and they've assured me I can get any insulin for him through there, but also have talked to pookies foster and she has said Costco is a good place!! i just wanted to know if I need a prescription for him or how it works ?? i am in Canada so it may be different here but id love to hear any advice!
