Looks like a slide, finally. Interesting... his pattern lately has been to hit greens early on (first or second cycle) with a new dose, then come back up and stay high until the next increase. Makes me wonder if I should increase sooner rather than stick to 10 cycles because he hits green early in the increase.

Another thought... @Wendy&Neko, I know that with acro the insulin needs can fluctuate depending on what the pituitary is doing. What's the typical time scale for those fluctuations? Days, weeks, months? I'm wondering whether these ups and downs over the past few months could be because of that. More motivation to retest IGF-1 soonish.

ECID. But usually longer than shorter for major changes. It's not always easy to see, but I can give you a couple examples. It's easier to see if the cat is otherwise reasonably regulated. Take a look at Neko's SS in 2015. Early that year her dose needs crept up, in June a little faster, then took off in July. Take a look throughout the year at Amethyst's SS. She is so well regulated that it's easy to spot when the tumour is changing.

The "dose going stale" is very common with IAA. At least that's what I called it when it happened to me. Of course, I had both to deal with.
