No particular question or thoughts. Just wanting some reassurance and positive vibes. The high numbers are stressing me out and it makes me sad that he felt so good the other day and now he's back to being sad and sleepy. This is normal behavior for him as he's been in high numbers for so long, but it saddens me that he got a glimpse of happiness and energy for it to just disappear again.

You'll get there! Looks like he's bouncing, seems to clear them in about 1-1.5 days, so fingers crossed PMPS or AMPS come down a bit. He just needs to get used to those lower numbers.

I'm hoping. Seems like the last 2? cycles may have been all high, but I hope they balance out. It's tough seeing it.

Yup the bounces feel uglier since they come on the back of some lovely numbers! They will pass.
