Dose help with Caninsulin please

My cat started Caninsulin 2U twice daily Feb 14.
on the 21st had a 3.4 at +5 dose changed to 1.5 U on the 22nd.
today at+5 had a 4.4,+^3.9,+7 4.7 +10 a 8.3
pre shot now is 12.6. he is eating.
spoke to vet who said give him 1U if above 10.
should i do this. i am a bit nervous as it is 1130 pm here in Canada.

It's already "shared" in you "Signature" (the stuff you see below our comments) You should add some other information to yours when you have a chance like:

Your name/Cat's name, age, sex, date of diagnosis, type of insulin, type of meter, type of food, any other health issues or meds? and of course, your spreadsheet link which is already there!

1.5 dropped him a little lower than we like on Caninsulin so I'd try the 1U dose if he's above 10
