I've figured that out. But I don't know why

When they are flat and green, they are surfing, I guess you have to have water to surf
So they surf at the lagoon
If they go lime green, they are swimming with the sharks.
And if they are blue, they are just hanging by the beach, because it's next to green and green is the lagoon and the beach is by the lagoon.

We used to have a Lagoon Meister, who made sure all the kitties were safe, George was a Deputy, helping out the Lagoon Meister/Mistress.

The Lagoon Meister, in my day at least, was a kitty who spent most of his time at the beach/lagoon, he needed to be there, to keep an eye on the kitties, and to dish out the life vests when kitties got into trouble (low numbers)

Seems like he's at the beach, unless he decides to go for a late swim. I thought with the drop at +4 that he was going to go lower.
