Anyone else having problems finding Fancy Feast and Friskies. Dolly's flavors are out everywhere. FF Chunky Chicken Pate - Friskies Turkey and Giblets Dinner Pate. No Walmart in-store & online. No Chewy's. No Amazon. No Ralphs, Vons, Albertsons :nailbiting::mad::arghh:

Lovely cycle today, Adrienne. You have become an expert at steering her with food! Her numbers are so much better of late! :-)
Looks like the antibiotics are working? How is she doing on that front?

Hi Bhooma, I don’t know, she seems some better but this girl is pms-ing all the time. She is so moody. She walks around restless and makes these little growling sounds like under her breath. :mad::mad: I’m just never quite sure how she feels. She will suddenly get into these wonderful moods but they are short lived. None of this is new, this is my Dolly. Just venting, sorry, know you are busy. (DQ:p wants to know why she just went up to 108 :arghh:.) I do know she is starving every morning. I leave food out but she doesn't eat it, rarely. I did a test last night, left out a bunch of different freeze dried treats she will not eat and every crumb was gone. She is starving. I guess I am going to invest in an auto feeder, the cold food being the problem if I use ice packs. Dolly is so funny, she went to bed thinking I guess that I wouldn't test her anymore. So back to important things, why did her numbers just go up? I immediately think something is wrong aka DQ:p.
 
Their appetite comes down with good numbers. Bandit is eating around 25% less now than she did a couple of months back. And she refuses to eat when she is in mid-greens because she isn't hungry and here I am desperate to get some food in her to prevent a lime. Or a prevent a drop that will trigger a bounce. But no. She does not want to eat per my schedule. Nothing I can do.

They are moody and will not listen. So don't worry.

As for numbers being slightly higher. A low blue every now and then is okay. As long as she comes down overall, it's fine.

Thanks Bhooma. But she is starving AMPS. Before I get up she is searching the carpet for crumbs from treats. Also, her dose is higher now with the calipers. Those lines on the syringes are so off from one syringe to another. Almost .25 units on the one from last night. Maybe closer to .125. I have gotten use to her being in the 60’s to 70’s and then tonight :confused:. Get to go to bed really early, it’s only 11:00. Thanks for being here and your time. Have a lovely day Bhooma. I am having the same problem - I have rounds of food set on autoship from Chewy every 5-6 weeks & last round I had to swap some things, but this time almost everything is out of stock. Does anyone have an suggestions on other diabetic safe wet food to give that is somewhat comparable to FF??? He & his sister both eat the same food at meal times, so I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to find enough.

I was able to find a case of Fancy Feast with the chicken she eats (24 cans $17.57) and a case of Friskies variety pack (32 cans about $19.00) on eBay. Not all flavors are her favorites but she will eat them. eBay has a lot of both brands in different flavor varieties. I did send a note to both sellers asking for expiration date or sell by date. I won't get either order until March 3. Doesn't help me now but it's something. Free Shipping and many of the prices are as good or even better than retail. Good luck!!

Hi again Ashley, I have listed just under the “button” to check our spreadsheet a link to cat info.org that lists most of the cat foods with all the info you need like carbs etc
