Yay Minnie hit yellow at +9 and the bloodletting is finally getting easier! I'll post later with evening readings but wondering if I should increase to 4.5u tomorrow or give it another day at 4?

A-ha, found the answer myself in the Tight Regulation protocol sticky.
  • if nadirs are greater than 300 increase the dose by 0.5 unit.
  • if nadirs are greater than 200, but less than 300 increase the dose by 0.25 unit.
Sticking with 4u tomorrow and perhaps moving to the 0.25 eye-straining increase on Thursday if Madam Minnie chooses consistency tomorrow. This is much less stressful when the real numbers start to match the textbook! What a wonderful resource this place is! :bookworm:
