Knew this (HI’s) were gonna happen because of how low he dropped yesterday. Oh, Ollie!

Oliver has been dropping pretty fast today so we gave him some medium carb food @+8.5. (13 carbs) hoping to slow him down a little.

Later in the cycle, the insulin effects are starting to wear off. What that means, it that usually later in the cycle you can get away with a lower carb food than you need earlier in the cycle.

Looks like a traditional bounce breaking cycle today. Might see some action tonight.

So, should I always start him with the medium carb food (13) or, wait to see what the +2 is and decide? Would it be a good decision if he has dropped 100 since his last test that I give him more carbs? Or,?

I would start with LC, since he's so high, and use the +2 to see if he needs more carbs. I guess he was just teasing about the drop.

Oliver dropped 117 at his evening + 2. We gave him some medium carb food to hopefully even him out a bit.
