ETA.: Don't fill her up too much. Give her some food now and then again at +1. We might have to feed a little every hour for the first 3-4 hours.
 
Maki is growling when we even walk by her now. Sad. The testing has her hiding from us most of the day. So we backed off this afternoon. Been watching her behavior and fed LC wet a few hours ago.
 
Well, you figured is out pretty quick. I had an attack and ended up rushed in yesterday early afternoon. Poor Maki. I haven't been home to test out anything.
 
Hi, been a rough go. My partner just drive me home. On bed rest again. Did test Maki... The little trooper... And feed her FF pate.

She was 191 @ 1545 EST in US.

So looks like she came thru ok. I have wondered if her diabetes came on due to the stress of seeing me frequently in attacks? Or I wasn't feeding her well?

I will now try to test when partner can bring her to me in bed. And she hasn't had insulin since yesterday morning. Am I going to be able to take care of her or is this unfair and I need to find a diabetic caretaker? So much to think thru... Open to your input. Please?
 
Then I think you can shoot .50 or if worried a token .25. If we can get her at least some insulin each cycle I hope you won’t need lots of tests. :bighug:
