Wait until you need to draw up .10. Do you have digital calipers? Once I started with them I would have been lost without them. It makes dosing so much more accurate.
Nope, not yet. Or.. I'm waiting until it's necessary. If I get one now... I'll probably never need it. Why can't you eat?
 
It’s a way to attempt to lose weight. So far not working but at least I’m not gaining. Intermittent fasting. I eat between 12-8.

I need to loose 40 kilos. And just got invited to McDonald's..... I'm eating salad. Yum. :arghh:
 
I do IF too and it doesn't work. Is that because I eat mainly dessert between 12 and 8? :D

I've always been doing that. Eat dinner maybe a nightsnack... don't work at all o_O
 
The darn pandemic is keeping us home to much. I’m now working out more than before but now running around shopping and all the normal stuff. It’s what I’m not doing in between workouts that’s the issue. I love salads but use dressing.

Well, all fitness has been closed here for three months. Everything but grocery stores and pharmacy stores are closed. No haircuts, nails, clothes shopping, shoes... we're all starting to look fat and in way too tiny clothes o_O
 
I bought a peloton bike. I’ve been on it every day since it arrived. They have an app with all kinds of classes if you don’t get the bike. The classes are good.
 
That's the wrong way to look at it. I see today and see a gorgeous streak in safe, healing numbers. :D

I've done something close to 1,000 km on my rowing machine since first lockdown.
Rowing is hard as f***!!!! :eek:
I'm so lazy... from +2 to +4 I groomed the dog, usually his threat is a long walk with fun, and we've got a lot of snow today! He LOVES snow! But then Mauer...... no walk.
I should be strict with my own diet, like I am with my pets.. :banghead:

It’s a spin bike. I took spin classes 5 times a week at the gym. I would assume they have similar bikes in Denmark. You use bike shoes to clip in so you get to stand as well as sit on the bike.

Spinning becomes addictive. The seats hav3 come a long way and you can buy padded cushions to put over them.

Funny thing, even though I'm "well off" in the padded section... my behind is the least padded thing on me!
I like that you burn a lot in a very short time, and it's not as hard as rowing or running.

Mauer is bouncing as if she was payed to do so. I'm thinking a +7?
Yesterday as almost the same pmps she didn't went down early..

I’d get a before bed test and you might not even need a +7. i

I ride about an hour. There’s a s teen and a camera on the bike so they supply the music. No need for ear pieces. I try and do arm toning and a little Pilates so I close all rings on my iWatch. I haven’t missed a day since 1/1121.
