They put different antibiotics on the culture separately ( don’t know how exactly) to see if any or all she has become resistant to. This will only matter if she has a bacterial infection and there is an antibiotic that could get rid of it and the congestion. Next will be the X-rays and endoscopy of her nasal passages. Sorry, I know you didn’t need or ask for all this info
