Hi Tanya Hope you and Cosmo are safe and well I take Lactoulus for my IBS so Dr. Pickering our Vet had me give him 2 teaspoons 5x a day Thank you GOD it is working THank you for asking It is awful to see our little ones in, pain and suffering
