Tomorrow we are changing from the AlphaTrek meter to the Riordin meter. What should I expect as far as differences in the numbers? I was just starting to understand Oliver’s numbers, but needed to switch to this less expensive meter.
*I do understand the concept of just watching the numbers trend, and sticking to one meter, but I don’t know what to expect tomorrow and was wondering if there was any “routine” difference between the animal meter and the people meter

No, there's no direct correlation between animal and human....it's not like you can say "add X to the human number and it'll equal a pet meter.

What's important to know is the "time to act"...on a human meter, it's below 50. On a pet meter, it's below 68 so at lower numbers, they're pretty close together. Under 50 would be when you'd want to get the high carb food, Karo/honey/syrup out.

As the numbers get higher, there's more of a difference.

I think @Marje and Gracie set up your spreadsheet for you so she'll need to go in and re-format the rest of the spreadsheet so it records the correct colors between 50-68 (which will now be dark green instead of lime green)

In general, the human meter is going to read lower than the pet meter
