02/02 Jax PMPS 102,+2.5 70,+3 64

I’m wondering if you should try eliminating the +9 at night unless it looks like he might go low when you are heading to bed?

GMTA (did I get that right lol :p). So, I just moved his snacks (starting last night) from +3/+5/+7 to +2/+4/+6 so most of his food is done by +6...I kept the +9 only to help his scarf and barf in the mornings...but honestly he still will scarf and barf with it so maybe I should just get rid of it and add that food to his snack trio? Just need to get through dental to rule that out and then figure out next steps! He's still his grumpy old man self (i.e. normal for him :p) so doing well over here in that respect.
 
You know what, maybe keep it the same until after the dental. Mocha scarfs every meal and so I added a treat for her at night. It helps most of the time but she still is going 9-10 hours without food. With her I think it’s more if she wants to throw up a little fur and then drinks water. She rarely drinks. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it with Jax until after the dental I’m thinking.

Sounds good. Jax is a disgusting scarf and barfer...like if I don't catch him, he eats his barf :confused: And why is it only in the mornings? He rarely scarfs and barfs in the evening. The Jax chronicles :p
 
Wait, there's an Arctic blast coming next week? Too much weather! Ruby doesn't mind though. The cats love the fact that I have not left the house in three days!

Jax is doing great. Come on down for your PMPS, critter. ;)

Listen, my weather man said wind chills could be -5F and I'm not okay with that. We're in NC. My body is not built for what's coming. FWIW, the little point of the polar vortex seems to down in a backwards J and not east to NY though you'll still get cold air I'm sure.
