Hi guys sorry I've been absent the last few days. Life gets busy sometimes. First day home in the day so I did a rough curve of Nacho today. Getting flat in the pinks today which is to be expected, better than red and black. Letting Nacho's liver settle down for a few more days until increasing. I think I may need to go up to 5 but I just want him to settle into this as his morning and night levels have been up and down. I will check again before bed tonight but am expecting him to drop into the yellow. @Bron and Sheba (GA)

I would increase Nachos dose to 5 units in the morning, unless you see a yellow BG tonight in which case increase to 4.75 units.
I would not leave him so long in higher numbers without increasing the dose . It is just increasing the chance of glucose toxicity.
You are doing TR which means you can increase every 6 cycles if needed. You need to get him into better numbers.
Would you mind putting TR in the SS please so we can see at a glance which dosing method you are using. Thanks,
 
Hi Bron...being that he was 19.4 just before his shot tonight, I am expecting to see him drop into the yellow tonight. If that happens I will do the 4.75 if my eyeballs allow it .... I'm glad today he has dropped down to pinks again. I have updated the spreadsheet.

If he drops down at +3 I would test again later to see if he is still dropping. If by some chance he dropped to a blue number, then I would hold the dose a bit longer.
