Yesterday's condo

Oh boy, today will be interesting. My roof is being replaced, but I didn't know they were going to start today. At the moment it sounds like a herd of elephants tromping around, and poor Maverick is hiding. They haven't even technically started the major noisy work yet.

I feel bad, I had a big snow pile at the back gate because of drifting, blowing snow, and since I didn't know they were starting today, I didn't get a chance to clear it away for them. Now I can hear the guy trying to clear it, I speak a little French, and he's not happy :p.
 
I managed to get a +5.5 test = 104, that's not bad considering he's super-stressed!

Mon Dieu, the banging is so loud I can't hear myself think!
 
+10 =193, I am hoping the noise settles down soon, poor Mav, he's still hunkered down in the basement, if they don't finish soon, I'll have to give him his shot down there. And poor me, now I have a whopping headache :rolleyes:

Carried over until mid-day today, the drooler was watching them very closely especially in his backyard, and giving his good German Shepherd growl now and again. My head is still pounding, roof looks good though :). Maverick hid in the basement again, till mid afternoon, then hid in the closet after the noise stopped :rolleyes:, but he's feeling much better tonight. Thanks Paul :D
