Good morning from Australia! We checked Nacho last night after his spike at 5 hours after.. 12pm. Went down to the pink zone and this morning back up to the red, but not super high. Tonight we are up to 6 rounds with the new dose of 3.5 so do I need to change the dose this evening? We will check him again at lunchtime to see a mid cycle number and perhaps if suggested 2 hours before preshot?
 
You don’t need to test two hours before you shoot when the bg has been high. What can be helpful is to get a +2 and if it’s lower than the preshot test again ina couple of hours. I would increase tonight.

I was only thinking of doing that as he seems to go quite low 2 hours before.... then he seems to spike at dinner time. But I will jist do a lunchtime reading today and see what he's sitting at.

I don’t see any tests late in the cycle this month. If that’s the case I would get some tests in before increasing by .50 if the nadir is under 300. Let me look at your previous ss.

When were the low tests?
