things are crazy here with no power. Dolly is Stressed, had to get her dose right and check her in the dark. 4 pens of Lantus in the fridge I put bowls of ice. She did have 1 green yesterday.

She is scared of me. The outage, flashlights, strangers in our house. Is it safe to not test her anymore tonight?

Powerful winds, trees down, fires not to far. Being in darkness and it’s freezing in my house has made me a bit cranky. Mostly because nothing is normal for Dolly and she’s really scared. The wind is very noisy. Thank you both for everything and sorry for being bratty. Bhooma have a lovely day. Elise if you read this have a good night. Are the winds howling at your house? You know if she hadn’t gone up I would have had my husband stay up somehow. I always review her spreadsheet at times like this to see if I’ve done this before. Making everything worse is the flashlight.

Power just came on. I’m going to start a new pen in the morning. Don’t understand, except for stress, why she is so high. Maybe it’s the insulin. Going to bed, I feel better for checking and bad for the number.
