It 's the first day with 0.75 after a week.Should I give a full dose?I gave plenty of food and will give again before bed after a +2 test.

Yes,I gave hin some food and will give again and do a test at +2 and maybe +4 if I am awake...

@Wendy&Neko his +2 is 129,do you think he will drop too much tonight.I have already set an alarm clock in 2 hours time( in Greece it is 10.30 pm)

If there is a big drop at the +2 number, that means a more active cycle that will need more monitoring. So yes, I would get another test in and not wait too long for it. And perhaps give him a small meal to try to slow him down, a couple spoonfuls of his regular food should do it.

I did! His+ 4 46!! So,reduction again!! But some high carb food first...

unbelievable! A month ago the vet recommended 2 units x 2 and now we are at 0.5!! I gave a tin of Gourmet gold with gravy etc,should I also give honey?
