1/16 Chloe AMPS 212, skipped shot last night

Yes, I retested at +2 and she was at 61. I delayed this morning and didn't give her a shot until about 10 am, so the soonest I can give her another is 10 pm and I will only give .25.

If you are following SLGS, a reminder that it is not advisable to shoot under 90 under that protocol for safety reasons.

Glad to hear you skipped last night and then also reduced this morning. That was a great decision :) You also got a +2 today, which can help a great deal to see where the rest of the cycle may go. That’s great too! Good job.

If you get a number the same or lower than your pre shot that can be an indicator of an active cycle that you may need to monitor more.

Since you gave insulin this am, do you think you could try and get a +6 or +7 to see how she is coming down today? those mid cycle tests are important data collection points.

Sorry to hear about your bed...:( That must have been not so much fun to clean.
 
Just to add clarity, with SLGS you will now hold this 0.25 dose for 7 days, unless Chloe goes under 90 at any time during those 7 days, which is an immediate reduction.
