kit spent last night at the beach
maybe she just likes to get in the water when nobody is watching.

BTW, for increases, I had Marje tell me here that as long as testing frequently, I could pick my comfortable nadir. I really liked that advice and just here to share it

thanks for the link. good info for sure.
i think definitely kit sometimes needs space to "kick start" the dose and just when we start to feel a bit bad about holding it, pow, kick start.
but this last one seemed different than her usually pattern, couldn't really make sense of it. esp bc she didnt go lower last night in the wee hours.
maybe this bump up will shake out some knowledge about what might be a new pattern for her. that would be nice.
