Hello! Based on advice I got on here a couple weeks ago, I started aggressively doing the modified ProZinc method and we're finally making progress. Last night, Marley got to his lowest numbers ever. Luckily, I have a wonderful SO that is working afternoons this week and tested when he got home and we caught some really low numbers.
Unfortunately, this won't be the case every week that we can test so late.
So question:
Should I do a dose decrease since it seems he's broken through some insulin resistance? He's insanely active at night so I'm not sure if that's why he has such low numbers at night and high during the day.
