Chnoudi's PMPS is 76. Shall I shoot? Isn't it too low?

I know...We are in the same situation here in Greece. A celebration with only a few people and many limitations.
I thought about skipping, but If I skip today, what am I going to do tomorrow that I'll have to be out for lunch..??

Chnoudi's AMPS is 109. Do you suggest that I do a 0.1u or skip?? I'll be able to test until +5.
From this evening I ll be back in a row, because my parents are leaving.

Do the 0.1U. Her numbers are trending higher. If she is low at the last test (+5), feed her some higher carbs.

The dose is so small that I think you can shoot. You can give her some higher carbs in the event that she is lower than comfortable when you leave.
