I can't decide whether to shoot. His +10 overnight was 159. I have shot lower numbers, but not this low.

Oops, forgot to link. I just tested him again 10 minutes later and it's still 145. I am around. Should I do the feed as usual and look again in a few hours?

If you can monitor, I would feed and shoot the full dose. Get a +1 and +2. Tibby has no problem with eating, I presume?

Next time, when stalling, test after 20 mins.

Just to be clear, I meant that the next time you get a lower PS than you are used to, you stall for 20 mins w/o feeding and test - and not 10 minutes.

If you can monitor today, feed him and shoot the full dose.

Hi Amy, It looks you Bhooma was able to give you great advice this morning! And it looks like perhaps Tibby is turning the corner on her diabetes. Take a look at Henry's condo and spreadsheet - there's a cat who turned the corner - so you want to be prepared for how to handle those ever lower numbers.

You may want to reach out to Robert and ask him for advice as he's just had a nice opportunity to learn how to handle lower numbers. That's how we all learn - from one another and from the experienced members who've been around for a while.

I hope this is Tibby's time to shine! Enjoy your day!

I mostly worry about not getting enough data. Usually I'm working, so today I wouldn't have usually been able to stay and get those readings. I'm doing his curves and extra data more at night, but I also need sleep in order to work. I'm glad this is happening over a school break.
