upped Levemir to 21u. Gave him yesterday off from giving R as I had a day-long mtg and his ears were just shredded. Thankfully his diarrhea has subsided due to a bland diet and reintroducing S Boulardii back into his system!

I would love some feedback on if I can increase his R dosing. Not sure why he mostly lived in pinks the last few days. Here is what I have been following as a scale (hoping my eyeballs are getting the correct amount in the syringe):
175-199: .25u
200-299: .5u
300+: .75u

He hasn't seen a drop of more than about 60ish points (outside of last Saturday of that strange 100 point drop that was probably a bad test strip) . THANKS!!

hows the ear doing?
Regarding tweaking the R scale, you can try the following;
175-199 : 0.25u
200-250 : 0.5u
251-299 : 0.75u
300+ : 1u

If that is the case I recommend you lay off the R on Sunday and look for any signal that his BGs may come down as a result of stoppipng the medicne.
