Was I right to give her higher carb to avoid a drop under 50?
(I tried to ask that question before but I haven't push the button to post in...and waiting..and waiting.. hahaha)

I would have told you to give the higher carb foodie the depot is likely still in play. I like your decision.

Ahhh ok! I gave her Integra diabetes (5.6 %) and Bozita in gravy (9.2%) It was the highest in carbs I had. I didn't want to give honey or kibbles.
I don't know if I handled it in the right way....I just didn't want her to drop under 50 and I was keeping testing her every 30m...

I don't think you did anything wrong.

The only thing is that instead of putting higher carb perhaps you could put the% of what you fed, and when. The notes made me think she'd had honey or high carb(greater than 17%),. Essentially she had LC (but on the high side), which was good.

If she'd been having 28%, and that hadn't really had much effect on her BG I'd be thinking you were working too hard to keep her above 50, and that might mean she was looking for a reduction, so you might need to be careful.

Ok thank you!! I just understand a few more things. Every day is a new lesson for me. I ll fix the notes in my spread sheet :bighug:
