? Help! High amps but low pmps???

4th night in a row. Today AMPS was 259, gave 0.5u. I did a +5 204. Last night I made sure I pulled the kibble up so she wouldn't eat. I don't understand why shes low in the pm but high in the am? I've stalled again w/ no food for 30 mins, retested BG:165. My vet got back to me and told me to go with 1u bid, then do a curve. I am racking my brain as to why these numbers the way they are. I know I shouldn't be adjusting dosages according to the PS. So should I just go with 1u and watch?

Becca when you stall you would put that number in the same cell (spot) under that
159 you have in the PMPS cell. Put the 165 under it and put stall 165.
Someone might not see it in the remarks column where you put it

I’m not a vetsulin user so can’t advise on the dose but I’m glad you didn’t go with the 1 unit.
It looks like Candi might be bouncing at AMPS from the lows in the pm cycle..
I would get a +2
