Sandy you sure have a good sense of humor
One of the many reasons we love her! Many years ago, the condos were full of funny images to keep things light-hearted while dealing with the stress of FD. I’ll have to see if I can find another of the funny images we used.

Gorgeous cycle going here! Think of all the great healing time Henry’s pancreas is getting. Have you shared this news with your vet?

Feline Diabetes is serious and as each one of us come to find out caring for a diabetic kitty is both physically and emotionally demanding and draining.

I believe laughter is indeed the best medicine and an important counter balance to the intensity of it all, applicable both here and life as a whole. I for one would not have survived without it.

OK folks good news Henry's AMPS + 5.5 BG reading is (75)

What in the world is going on something has change maybe I'm premature with this thought
Amazing! Ruby could learn a thing or two from Henry here! Gorgeous flat cycle. It's like his body woke up and made the big decision it was going to be well again.

Could be elimination of dry food or Henry’s liver just decided to pass liver training school and get rid of the bouncing.

Henry's BG reading @ +3 is (70)

For those who are monitoring Henry's progress here's my plan for the rest of the evening
Performing checks at +4 & +5.5
If Henry remains flat like the last two to three cycles + 5.5 will be last BG check
Now @+ 5.5 Henry will receive his schedule meal of 1.2oz of 2%

But if drops are happening I will give him small portion(s) of a higher carb food.
The carb feeding will be relative to how deep the drop is and will take readings until it is apparent the BG is rising but still keep green.

If I'm missing something please chime in

Thank You

If these flat trends continue over several cycles I will populate data points in the second half of the (12) hour cycle.
Probably one data point per day cycle.
This will give us all a visual of the entire 12 hour cycle
