Hi Patty,

Your ESP must be working as I've only just come onto the board to see how Blue and yourself are doing.

How is Blue feeling this morning? How is his appetite? Any signs of nausea?

Will you be able to monitor him closely throughout the full cycle?

(I am assuming that you have plenty of strips and a well-stocked hypo kit.)

He's pigging out on his breakfast like normal. He still has some sniffles. I looked for the l-lysine but couldn't find it in the pantry. No nausea this morning.
He kept going upstairs last night and I had to get him for testing. :arghh:
Did you see he kept dropping by 50 points? Was that crazy or normal? I need to look at the syringe with a drop. I kept trying it last night before I gave him his drop. What looked like a drop was nothing when I depressed the syringe. Off to look at illustrations again.

Yes, I can monitor and I have plenty of strips etc.

I'm fine, probably have to have a nap at some point.

You doing okay? How's Noodle? Did you order your kettle?

Glad he's eating better and that the nausea's abating.

I'm still going, just about. The Noodle was a bit on the quiet side most of yesterday but she's been quite perky, vocal and active this morning. (((Noodle)))

Ordered the kettle. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I'll have to nuke water in the meantime. :rolleyes:

As long as you can get Blue to eat OK and can monitor I think he's high enough to give the drop dose this morning again. It might be possible that Blue will only need the drop of Lantus once a day, so it's better all round if it's a daytime cycle. What do you think, Patty?

I played with the drop again. A drop is a small drop. I was expecting it to be larger.

Heaven forbid, nuking water for a cup of tea....I did hear the tea is not as good.

I'm happy the bug is being vocal and active. Always makes us feel better when they feel better.
Are you just tired or feeling bad?

Morning. I woke up way too early again. Both cats n top of me. I in bed. Just a little after 6. At least tgey don’t start screaming for food until I get out of bed. I dint want tge expecting breakfast this early.
I’m glad both your kitties are good this morning.
 
Mocha gets on my chest every morning around 6 and rubs her face against me and gives me kisses. Chai spoons with me under the covers purring loudly. When I move onto my back I get Mocha on my chest and Chai on my legs. 18 pounds of fur!
 
I try to be quiet in the morning if I wake up..... Otherwise, I might have 3 or 4 or more cats needing love at the same time. One or two is enough because they all will be needy soon enough. I love them but after they're fed. :)
 
Hi Patty,

Just seen this. He was at 190 at PMPS on 8 December and he was in the greens at AMPS the following morning after a skip. Based on that, I think maybe skip tonight? What do you think?
