Phoenix at 141 all Day

I increased Phoenix's insulin to 8.25 several days ago. He remained mostly in the 200 - 300 range until today.
All afternoon, he was +5 144, +6 144, + 10 141
Should I still give him his 8.25 units at his PM insulin shot? I have shot at low as 87 before but then his BG would typically rise into the 200-300 range after eating. Today, it only rose for 1 hour and then went back to the 140's.
Please Respond as soon as you can. I am nervous about giving him his full dose in an hour.

It's a lovely flat cycle but I'm not experienced enough with high dose cats.

Too bad about the fur shot. I would have gone with the 8.25 units. Well actually would have gone with 8.5 units. He wasn't seeing any green at 8 units recently.

I think he got most of the insulin before he moved. I only gave him 8 units because I wasn't sure what to do. Thank you for your advice. I am going to check him every hour unless he goes up above 200.
