Aww. Sorry she was hiding from the storms. Poor girl. Looks like it didn't affect her BG hardly at all.

I don't come to this forum much anymore. But Amethyst - one of the best regulated Acros ever. Amythyst is so lucky to have you as a Mom and caregiver.

Thunderstorms are the worst. We have 2 doglets and 2 kittehs (Little Dude and Chinus). Each time, they act like the world is ending. Little Dude is the most resilient, and he barely hides when the lightning is at its worst. It's pretty rare, but houses do occasionally get struck. We know a family who was out for dinner, they came back and their house was burning (and ruined). The lightning put a 2 foot diameter hole in their roof and the fire spread. Fortunately this is rare.
