Peter is looking and behaving better than ever. Very actively playing. However, his number was 59 today at 8 pm. How do I shoot if at all? He had Ketones and at the emerg a month ago.
 
How long after his meal was that 52? You probably don't need to give high carb food. The number where we suggest high carb is below 50.

If you shot a couple hours later tonight, could you still be OK with shooting him 2 hours later tomorrow morning? It would be good to get insulin into him. Then work your way back on schedule by 1/2 hour once per day or 15 minutes per cycle.

Have you tested him for ketones lately?

The 52 was 15 minute after his meal. I will try to test for ketones.
 
It takes 20-30 minutes after eating for the carbs to show up in the blood stream. You might have tested too soon. Try testing 20 minutes after that gravy and we can see if he's gone up enough to shoot.
 
With SLGS, no shots below 90. But depending on whether you can monitor tonight, it might be higher.
 
Some minor changes to the spreadsheet when you have time. Since the 97 is when you shot, it should go in the PMPS cell. I think it was about an hour later than usual? If so, you can put 97@+13 in the PMPS cell, so we know it was an hour later. In the +11 cell, you can put 58@+12, 52@+12.3. You'll have to manually enter those in the US tab and use the paint icon to change the colours, as it won't convert automatically from the World numbers.
