The new pate seems to be going well that we started yesterday afternoon. Cosmo is more satisfied overall and the carb content is on par with MD. Hoping we are back on track!

Good dropsie today, and Cosmo is sleeping more deeply

Which alternative food are you feeding now? I hope it continues to agree with him. Might want to put a note in the spreadsheet when you've had to make food changes, as there definitely seems to be an improvement!

Since he eats Royal Canin gastro hard and wet (HC we only want to feed when low), we opted to try a pate by the same Royal Canin brand, but non prescription- RC intense beauty pate. It is on the food chart as 13% and ‘similar’ in protein, fat and carb to MD.

I’ll make a note on the SS.
