we've been shopping around for an espresso machine to be able to do those quick shots at pm+8. so far, kit has been no help with this task ... either by motivating the buy or finding good comparison reviews for machines that don't fail after several months.

which reminds me, you have a cat mate, yes? ours just failed after several months of light, respectful duty. :rolleyes:

it has something like 3 yr warranty if you register it in like first two weeks? if you didnt do that you need to prove purchase date w receipt. we didn’t register. joji just started chasing. so, tbd on outcome.
pet mate is newer in our collection. it’s bigger, heavier and louder. also the interface is a bit different. but, basically the same as cat mate.

yes, I had to order 3 cat mate c500s from chewy before it finally worked. It works great when it works, but I worry how long it will last...
