Jax's #s have been slightly up for a few days now...should we talk about that increase or keep shopping for patience pants?

He did have a poop overnight (hurray!) - looked a little bit wetter but I may try the 1/4t miralax. He also had a small hairball overnight but it looks like it caused him to throw up one of his snacks...who knows when it happened.

I've also wondered the same about an increase. I think maybe their perfect dose is somewhere in the little tiny space between this dose and the previous one. :confused: Who knows?
Get back over to that lagoon, Jax. Jazzy won't stay there alone :D

The only consolation about his barf is he sleeps in our master bath so it's on the tile, lol. yay for easy clean-up.

And, I've thought about an in-between dose too..Jax though didn't get into the 50s on his previous dose (0.75)...so I've thought about going back up, seeing what he does and then reduce in between when he hopefully earns it again. Do you happen to use calipers? The 0.125 increase/decrease can be done with them (and at least 3.5x magnifying glasses :p).

I'll go look for patience pants until Elise and others stop by lol :p:p:p
 
I think I would take him back up and see if the blues disappear. They seem to be increasing.

I have been starting to give Tyler some miralax lately which I never had to, it's been
dry. He has been cleaning himself a lot more lately.He does get plenty of water mixed in with his food

Never throws up furballs though.
I give it to him like every other day or so.Whatever you decide about
Jax's dose good luck.

Yeah - they are definitely sticking around. But he also brings his #s down for PMPS which I thought was interesting. Maybe his little pancreas just needs some extra healing time. More juice tonight it is.

Jax rarely has hairballs now that I put him on the egg yolk. This one was small but must have been timed around one of his snacks. Gross lol. I'll keep experimenting with the miralax. I've been adding extra water to his food (which I didn't used to do).

Little increase for Jax tonight - he'll take it like a champ though.
