Wondering if remission

My cat is 15 years old and has been on a lantus pen 1-3 units for 1.5 years. His numbers in the past few days (we have a hard time obtaining) have been low. I don’t have a spreadsheet and need to learn how to make one.

Was advised no insulin below 150 range.
